All 49 closed positions, in order, day by day. Wins, losses and the one scratch. Every row is in the public track record — and every trade was called live with an entry and an exit, not written up afterwards.
Monday opened with SPY sitting exactly on its zero-gamma flip and the book went 9–0. By Wednesday the dealer-gamma cushion had collapsed to half a session, and the average trade fell from +47.2% to +9.6%. That is the whole story of the week, and it is visible in both the map and the P&L.
SPY opened sitting right on its zero-gamma flip at 751, with a ~$1.6B positive-gamma wall stacked 751–755 above and a negative pocket straight below. One level decided the day.

| $AMD 8/3 480C | 2.30 → 5.11 | +122.2% |
The flip held. In a pinned, positive-gamma tape every dip gets bought back mechanically — and the book shows it.
All four majors in positive dealer gamma and all four above their flips — a suppressed, drift-higher tape. ~$3.79B of SPY gamma stacked 758–775, and a vacuum underneath.

| $TSLA 8/5 330C | 2.60 → 3.28 | +26.2% |
Same regime, same result. The one red trade was a TSLA call taken against the drift.
The cushion collapsed. SPY sat 0.37% above its flip — half a normal session — QQQ 0.23%. Index IV jumped 35–57%, and the SPY premium tide flipped from +$11.2M to −$5.3M.

| $MSFT 8/5 490C | 0.99 → 1.33 | +34.3% |
First four-loss day of the week, and the average trade fell to +9.6%. When the cushion goes, mean reversion stops paying.
The floor became a ceiling. Every major that was green at 10:26am closed red. QQQ net dealer gamma went outright negative (+$840M → −$543M) and DIA lost a 2.6× cushion in a single day.

| $AAPL 8/7 312.5C | 1.78 → 1.78 | +0.0% |
Hardest day of the week: +6.6% average and the only scratch. Negative gamma amplifies both directions — the same setups that printed Monday stopped working.
Jobs landed well and SPY dealer gamma swung $2.2B back to positive — but it rebuilt above the market. SPY and QQQ both closed under their flips, the rally stalling 3.4 and 1.5 points short.

Nine winners on twelve. Structure returning showed up in the book the same session it showed up on the map.
Average winner +38.1%. Average loser −39.8%. Worst trade of the week: $MU 8/7 900C at −57.7%.
Look at those two numbers together, because most recaps hide this: the average loser was bigger than the average winner. A 0.96:1 win/loss ratio means none of this week's edge came from letting winners run — it came entirely from being right 77.1% of the time. Drop the hit rate a few points with that payoff ratio and the week is flat.
That is the honest read, and it is why the losers are printed here at the same size as the winners. 11 of 49 positions closed red. A win rate you cannot audit is not a win rate.
Monday and Tuesday were a positive-gamma, mean-reverting tape: dealers hedging against every move, dips bought mechanically, fades working. 16 trades, 15 winners.
By Wednesday the flip had risen faster than spot and the cushion was gone. Thursday QQQ's net dealer gamma went negative outright — the structure stopped absorbing moves and started amplifying them. The setups did not change. The tape they were being run into did.
If you want the mechanism rather than the summary: what dealer gamma exposure is, and the free live map for any ticker.
Entry and exit the moment they fire, plus the daily gamma map and the conviction desk. The losses get posted the same way.
