Three separate tickers reported a null zero-gamma flip this morning — SPY, SKHY and QCOM — and all three turned out to have a real, visible crossing in the raw per-strike data. This is a sharper version of a bug this board has now caught several times on individual names; today it hit three at once in the same pull. Checked each one directly against its own chain before using anything below:
SPY crosses from −$1,014.1M at 776 to +$78.3M at 777 — a real flip around ~776.9, just above spot (776.19). SKHY crosses from −$4.9M at 182.5 to +$0.8M at 185 — a real flip around ~184.7, with spot (179.25) a genuine 3.0% below it. QCOM crosses from −$7.7M at 180 to +$1M at 182.5 — a real flip around ~182.2, with spot (178.5) 2.1% below it. None of these are estimates; each is read directly off the strike where the sign actually flips.
Spot, the put wall (776) and the corrected flip (~776.9) are all within a dollar of each other this morning — another razor-thin stack, same theme as several recent sessions. Reclaim and hold above ~776.9 and SPY sits just under the 780 call wall with real room; stay below it and the put wall at 776 is already right underneath, offering very little cushion either way.

| Ticker | Spot | Flip | Call Wall | Status | Today's flow |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| SKHY | 179.25 | ~184.7 | 200 | BELOW FLIP | $195P 10/16 — $1,088,315, the single largest print in today's entire feed, and $185C 10/9 — $71,400. Flip corrected from a reported null — real distance, 3.0% below. |
| AAPL | 336.79 | 335.35 | 337.5 | IN ZONE | Three puts — $330P 10/16 ($330,000 + $167,500 = $497,500 on the same strike/expiry) and $332.5P 10/9 ($121,975) — $619,475 combined, all bearish. AAPL itself is comfortably in zone, so the flow is leaning against a favorable structure. |
| QCOM | 178.50 | ~182.2 | 185 | BELOW FLIP | $177.5P 10/9 — $220,326, struck almost exactly at the put wall. Flip corrected from a reported null — real distance, 2.1% below, consistent with the bearish bet. |
| SPCX | 167.81 | 179.80 | 180 | BELOW FLIP | $170P 10/9 — $212,936, struck above spot. SPCX is 6.7% under its own flip — real size, consistent direction. |
| NVDA | 237.07 | 244.97 | 240 | BELOW FLIP | Four calls, all bullish, zero puts — $240C 10/16 $147,840, $230C 10/23 $121,000, $242.5C 10/7 (today) $97,615, $240C 10/7 (today) $64,618 — $431,073 combined. Real conviction betting against a negative-gamma structure. |
| PLTR | 192.11 | 192.95 | 195 | BELOW FLIP | $192.5P 10/9 — $93,465, struck right at spot. PLTR is just 0.44% under its own flip — another razor-thin read, consistent with the bearish bet. |
| MSFT | 528.84 | 529.67 | 540 | BELOW FLIP | $540C 10/9 — $81,410. MSFT is just 0.16% under its own flip — the thinnest read on today's entire board, bullish flow on a name that could flip regime on the next tick. |
| ARM | 293.79 | 331.29 | 320 | BELOW FLIP | $305C 10/9 — $64,035. ARM is 11.3% under its own flip, the deepest negative-gamma read on today's board — a bullish bet against real structural headwind. |
